After looking at it, I think its possible one of the tires might have more air than the others so I will check that tonight on my drive home at a gas station. I went into idrive and reset it so I will see if it comes up again and go from there...

As for AWD after looking it up I am a bit concerned that the sizes might be too far off. Wheels came off of a RWD e90.

Tire sizes are 265/30/19 R, and 235/35/19 F. Posted size calculations below, is this too high of a deviation?

+1000, I have gotten the warning every time they have had to take the wheel off. Check the pressure, recalibrate and be done with it. If it returns the tires may have a problem, but that isn't likely if you've driven over a week and they are not flat.

^^ Cool thanks guys, I am going to even out pressures regardless just to be sure.

As for the rotational AWD staggered thing... I have read it needs to be within 1% And I am at .991% as far as I can tell. So I guess I am good. lol... I also read of quite a few others running the same size tires on Xi 3 series and such. According to tire rack I am only off 2 revolutions per mile with these tires so it should be fine.

Also of note, I bought this car from a BMW dealer and it had staggered tire sizes on it when I got it that they bought and installed when the car came in. I guess that doesnt mean much because dealers do bone headed stuff all the time but... I guess it means SOMETHING.
