If the installer used your old stems it will be fine but the Idrive will throw a flat warning until you reset it .

You'll be good to go !! Mr 166 !!!

If you have an older model e60 you don't have tpms you have ftm, and with the ftm you just have to go to idrive and reinitialize the flat tire monitor. later model e60's use tpms which is an actual pressure monitor attached to your valve stem inside the tire, early model e60's use the abs system do detect a change in whell rotation then notifies you that you have a flat.

DO THIS BEFORE RESETTING YOUR FTM
DO THIS BEFORE RESETTING YOUR FTM

Check your tire pressure and make sure you DONT ACTUALLY HAVE A LEAK!!! I have mine at 40 psi cold. Once you have 40 psi in all 4 tires then reset the FTM and see if it still throws an error after a day or so.
