Hey,
I recently drove over a nail and damaged tire, i took it to tire shop, they patched it, and a day after i got a flat tire sign in my car even though there is no flat tires, and all the tires are pumped with air and running good. Does any one know how to get rid of this sign? Thanks.

I think the procedure is different depending on the MY your E60 is, but its an iDrive function.
Perhaps you a bad or missing TP sensor.

Titanium Silver Metallic, Black Dakota Leather, Dark Poplar Trim, Steptronic, Premium Package, Cold Weather Package, Bluetooth, Adaptive Control Xenons. 10/30/07 Added OEM 124s with 245/40/18 & 275/35/18 Michelin Pilot Sport A/S tires. Your car is equipped with FTM (vs. TPMS on later US models). You have to be stopped with the car running. Press down on the i-Drive controller and scroll to Vehicle Settings. Across the top, you'll see FTM. Click it and it will ask you if you'd like to reset. Press yes. It will say Initializing. After you drive around for five miles or so, it will read the diameters of the tires and reset. Just make sure your tires all have the same pressure before you start. Cheers.
