I've seem numerous e60's all over the Long Island New York highways. It seems to be a very popular car, all colors in 525's. 530's and 545's series. Looks like BMW e60's rules out here

After reading this discussion when I drove into work from just north of the Chicago border on the Kennedy expressway I counted E60 in both directions. Round trip I counter 18 E60. In the building I park I got in late and needed to Park on the 9th level. I counted 10 E60 there. That?s 28 in one day.

Surprisingly it seemed more than half we black, with a mix of everything else. I know this is not the color ratio BMW sells E60.

I was just thinking about that too on my way home, but happily for me, I usually only see 1 or 2 whenever i'm outside so that means the car is still somewhat exclusive! lol and this is in NYC, but i want to see what other 5er owners in NYC think about this? whether it's true or they see more than? 1 0r 2 whenever they are driving

Here in downtown Manhattan, I see an E60 every 10 minutes.

I live in Germany, as I am stationed here with the US Army. It is impossible not to see an e60 here. They are dime a dozen and even can be seen as police cars and taxis. This weekend, I drove to Amsterdam and saw hundreds on the road and hundreds in Amsterdam, in fact I saw quite a few of them as Taxis in Amsterdam, too. Even neater is the 7 series taxis. Believe it or not, they are not rarities.

I was driving south from Lexington on 128 today (a rainy day), and saw 5 E60's! 1 golden, 1 tt silver, 3 blacks (oh yeah, black rules? ) Are you guys seeing the same thing in your place. I think people are really buying E60's design!

I saw 1 E60 and 1 E65 over the 3 day holiday weekend. Love it here in the boonies

BTW, the E60 was a Black 525i that I'm sure to the masses looked like the Ultra premium car. It was sharp looking.

I see many e60s here in NJ, but mainly 525s, and 530s, not too many 545s.
