I agree with you about the E90. As a matter of fact, I was about to buy the new 330 at first. But after seeing it in person on the dealer's parking lot, I said to myself if I buy it I will regret every day seeing its rear lights. To me, E90's rear light design is a disaster.

I ended up buying my E60, and feel thrilled every time I walk to IT.

aside from the 6-er, IMO the e60's the most balanced bangled design. the new 3-er looks very "weak" the rear end looks distinctly japanese (almost like a honda civic)? :'(

the facelifted 7-er looks too "oldish" & the overall design of the 7-er makes it look like a huge crate on wheels.

Exactly, with the money I use to buy my E60 523i I could've got a E90 330i with change in my pocket. But I opted for the E60 because the tail lights of the E90 seems like an unfinished project and plus a 5 is a 5, the quality is better than the 3 just my 2 cents.

Same here in the town where I live. I now see at least one daily on my commute to work.

No longer my turtle is the king of the gungle.

I still rarely see them in Sacramento, California. Maybe about 2-3 others per week.

At my work, mine is still the only one in the parking lot and we have 1,100 employees on site (I don't know, maybe 750 cars).

H0ly Cr@p, where do you work that you have 750 cars in what I assume to be a parking garage? Don't mean to be nosy but that is a lot of people.

In Cairo I see 3-6 cars daily on my way to work (which is around 30 kms). It is quite common here.

The same happened to me. I actually paid a deposit for an E90, then when I saw a silver one parking with its rear lights facing me  , I called the sales guy and changed to E60 .

I was just thinking about that too on my way home, but happily for me, I usually only see 1 or 2 whenever i'm outside so that means the car is still somewhat exclusive! lol and this is in NYC, but i want to see what other 5er owners in NYC think about this? whether it's true or they see more than? 1 0r 2 whenever they are driving

I don't see many when I'm driving but when walking to lunch in the midtown area I see 2 or 3 (530 or 525) 545 is still very rare.

Mine is the only E60 on the lot at my work place.
There are about 800 cars.
