Fitting E60 M5 exhaust system (rear muffler + center muffler) to 530i?

Guys I'm wondering, can the e60 M5 stock exhaust which includes the rear and center mufflers be fit into a regular 5 series such as 530i or 545i for example?
If so what tuning to the car (right side I'm guessing) should be made? Please help!

there is a battery box located where the right muffler would go. RPI is the way to go
