Here's the story:
2007 BMW 550i
Sports Package
Premium
Navigation
Cold Weather
Comfort Access
31000 miles
6 year/75000 mile bumper to bumper full warranty
$36775, out the door cost including taxes, title, reg, etc.
They are giving me only $20,000 for my 07 TL Type S w/ 26,500 miles
Is it worth it?

That sounds good to me. I got a CPO 2006 Sport, Premium and Comfort Access, but without the Nav and Cold Weather package. (Nav would have be GREAT!) Cost me just a tad less. Good thing for me is I got a 3.9 APR.

Did you try selling it private before going to the dealer, because 20k for an Type S is pretty low. Pretty sure you can sell it for like 24k - 26k. And your millage is pretty low 26kMiles

It's optional. Without warranty, the car would be:
30,500 for the BMW - 20K for the TL = 10,500 + TTL
But now the warranty would be covered under original BMW full maintenance/warranty up to 50K or Jan 2011.
I think my numbers above might've been wrong. The warranty alone is 3200 to increase it to 75K or 6 years and it is full B2B from carchex.com
