Ha ha its all relative, if your used to it you wont feel it, but for your first or second blast it will be there, try going quick over a bridge and you'll feel it all day

unfortunately I have a 530, so it's not fast eough to give any sort of rush or "tickle". Maybe a V8 would do the trick...

It depends on the road and my mood. From pure acceleration, I rarely get "excited". But there is a nice "hump" in one road going to work. If I accelerate to 60+ and go over it, I almost catch air. DSC can kick in sometimes. I can do this any time there's no traffic.
I am reminded there is also a special S curve on the Tail of the Dragon, an infamous stretch of road in the NC/TN mountains. It's 318 curves in 11 miles, many with nice banking. One S curve has a banked shallow right turn followed immediately by a banked shallow left turn. The banking is more than the curves need and switches immediately. At speed, the sudden change in banking is like a carnival ride and flips my stomach every time.

Tickle?
I think if you live in San Francisco, you'll feel a tickle, but definitely not in NY.
