Hi All,
I'm not sure exactly what happened but it looks like the electric tow hitch failed to come all the way out, then someone attempted to tow the car by it! (Long story, but I wasn't with the car at the time).
Any idea what could have happened to it? If I hold the button down it attempts to move in or out, but it feels "floppy".
Sorry for the non-technical explanation...
Thanks,
Andrew
