Every since I had my AC charged my fan has been putting in overtime. It blow fan and loud. AC is still cold. Does anyone know what's going on?

Ok, I noticed it only happens when my ac fan is set to med-high

What makes you think something is wrong? Fan will turn on when the AC is switched to high [and the vehicle is not moving].

Because the fan under the hoodto was blowing real loud. I figured it out and now it is back to normal.

Overcharge of the AC. The initial guage I used was not working properly. I adjusted the pressure and the problem was fixed.

Always check low and high sides against spec. if you're just filling make sure you continue to rotate can to mix up the 134 and fill to about 35 psi max. The gauges are a generic suggestion and 40psi is overkill IMO. Check the TIS.
