My lease is expiring and have been offered the following. 2010 535i sticker 62,245 sale price $58,825. $0 out of pocket 15k a year 36 months $830 a month. They are giving me a tax credit also, and looks like they are using 00175 mf rather than published 00155.

Let me know thoughts, vehicle is one that is on the lot.

Not a great deal. Virtually any BMW dealer will lease you the car at the basew money factor -- not a marked up one. If you tell them that you know that they are marking it up anf tell them that you know what is really is and will walk unless they give you base rate miney factor, they will give it to you.

You should give our fellow member Jeffnnj a shot. He's a client advisor at Wide World of Cars in Spring Valley, NY. Jeff is a fellow E60 enthusiast who actually knows our cars. Try that with the average BMW CA.

I only lease my cars and I have never paid above base rate money factor including on my two BMWs that I have leased.

Thanks for the quick response. This is the first time out of the last four bmw purchases the dealer has marked up the MF on me. Is the discount portion pretty good? I am trying to find an invoice list online but can't seem to locate one.
