Sorry to say but I really doubt that that is a facelift car, nono
Not enough changes and BMW would never ever introduce that rear bumper
and the front one looks like a M.

I wonder if it is a test mule for a different car or alternative chasis set up? Note that in the first picture the leading edge of the side skirt does not line up with the inside of the front wheel arch!

Sorry, I really don't think this is the facelifted E60. The front is just the M-Aero kit front bumper. And the rear trunk lid is the same with an insert like the ///M insert where the rear tag goes. The trunk top lid is the same as the current one. The rear bumper is the only thing that is really different and it could be masking a number of things. It looks more like a test rig than a sign of things to come.
