Does anyone else think BMW made a little mistake in the design of the new engine codes? They're using a letter "O" and the number "0" as available codes for slot #6, power output class. Can you imagine how many people/technicians, etc. are going to mix that up? It makes no sense...

M54 engine code reference is also invalid: "4" digit is displayed as "gasoline direct injection engine with turbocharger" ...I wish I had one of those

Did you get them yet. They are in a Word document for BMW UK floating around...

Here you are... (looks like there have been quite a few engine changes).
The good news is that fuel economy seems to be quite a bit better (in theory at least) on many of the revised engines.
