F10 speakers in E60

Do the OEM F10 mid-ranges/tweeters fit the door card of the E60? Would the spec be the same, such as ohms, etc.?
They actually look the same if you look here
Also can anyone confirm that the L7 midranges are 2 ohms and the standard/hifi are 4 ohms?
