After having my eyebrows go off after a recent software update I contacted BMWUS This was 2 weeks ago
Yesterday I received a call from a BMW customer service rep
He said he was happy to report that there is now a software fix for the eyebrow problem. He said it just was released so give my dealer a day or so but they will have it. He gave me the cip # and it is not 25.0 its still a 24.0xxx I can't remember the number but I do have it saved at work. If anyone needs it let me know. The good thing is that enough calls to BMW and I saw some results. I hope this helps the people who are having this problem.

This would be great - if true - my car is booked in on Thursday for two days to resolve the eye brow issue & fix an SOS Error message.

There is a software glitch that causes the "eyebrow" lights not to illuminate. The eyebrow lights are the amber colored lights just above the headlights (if the headlights are the eyes, the lights above them would be the eyebrows...)

This issue happened a while ago with a specific software version but was fixed in a later version. Recently, the problem came back with an even newer version of the software...

Dealer in Calfornia used 24.00 to fix the eyebrow issue. Use 24.01 first and it didn't work.

My paperwork shows 24.00 as the one loaded and eyebrows are now working. Not sure with updated 24.02 but definitely 24.00 works. Why newer versions don't contain the fix is another question?
