Well, this morniong i went to drop kids and on the way back, the idrive starting beeping and it displayed that i have a tyre puncture, yet i looked round the car and saw no punctures, even a slow one, can the RPA be a bit tempremental? or should i get the car down to my garage to make sure, remember my car has 20s on on non run flats.

What could be causing this.

Another thing to take into account is that the weather here has been like 0.C or even - 1.C at night, could this a problem???
I've only had mine for a couple of weeks, but from my experience with other cars that have FTM's, I would go through the following steps before blowing the horn at the dealer:

1) Stop by at your nearby tire shop and have then bubble all the tires to see the leak. Since they are Runflats, its not always easy to see a leak.
2) Make sure they fill in air at exactly the same PSI, keeping in mind that air expands in the heat and doesn't in winter.
3) Make sure they are correctly balanced.
4) Reset the thingy using the steps in one of the old threads (rudy has a link somewhere).

If it doesn't go away then go and drop it off at the dealer...

Are the wheels all genuine OEM BMW, and the tyres supplied/fitted by BMW? If the answer is "no" to any of those questions, then in that case, I'm afraid you are most likely on your own.

i think so too.

I came back now, and the problem seems to be okay, they still checked the wheels, and tyres , this time i was told that they re-set the sensors and should be ok, until now no problem, just went to get lunch for my collegues and myself from cafe, and drove another 2 miles and it seemed ok, they puped the tyres to the rigtht point too, lets see what happens

i also think the cold weather here recently may play a part too, it was -1'c last week, which i beleiev when this problem came about

Thaniks to all that have trieed to help

appreciated it again!!
