As regards the rear alloy,your figure of 11.35mm applies to the outer EDGE of the WHEEL,not the outer edge of the tyre.Consider 3 wheel widths for example,8.5",9" and 9.5",all with the same offset.With the same width tyre on each,the tyre position will be the same on the car for all three wheels.The wider the wheel,the more vertical the tyre walls.In your case,if the new tyre is 10mm wider than the original,the outer edge of the tyre will be 10mm outwards (5mm offset difference + 1/2x10mm).

My Ride: My ex-ride: EU '08 LCI 520dA. Space Grey, Sport Seats in Black Leather/Fabric Anthracite, Sport Steering Wheel, A/C with Extended Features, Hi-Fi Speakers, Cup Holders, Cruise with Braking function, Folding Rear Seats, Xenons, Park Distance Control.
I always use this for offset calculations. Don't forget changes in inner clearance as well!

My calculations where right
Wheels out front 8 mm and rear 11 mm (inward 1 mm)
+ the tires outwards and inwards.

I will order Michelin PS2's (no-RF's) with "rim protection" tires in the size of F 245/40 and R 285/35.
So you are right about that the tyres will come out a bit from the wheel.
I'm sure they will fit in the fenders without rubbing.
Better looks without spacers.
But I guess 5 to 8 mm longer bolts are needed.
The one's for a F07 (5-series GT).
Note that the new F10 will have "higher tires" and also that
the ET's are very different compared to the E60.
So new wheels is a must, when you guys change to a F10. :thumbsdown:
