Engine oil level too high ?

My Ride: 09 Jet Black 520d M-Sport
Hi all.
I was going through i drive yesterday and spotted this in the service section.Car say it has 3000 more to go for oil change and service similar to go (1st check up) only 25008km on clock .any idea before i bring to stealer.checked dip stick and seems to be a bit above max but could be catching of pipe going through to get reading.dont know how long its been on but would not think to long as i am always flicking through checking things.

is your car a diesel? if yes, remove that extra oil immediately by pumping it out of the dipstick and have it checked immediately. around a week ago I posted about my problem-disaster. My engine was destroyed ! At some point, if this is increasing, the engine will start running on the oil gas down at extremely high RPM out of control and you need to gag the intake to stop it or put it on low gear and hold the brakes to stall it. If you remove the key it will keep going!
mine bent the con-rods and the expense was huge. I got a salvaged engine and the total expense added 7,000 euros.
again sorry for alarming you but find out what is it as you are in for trouble if you ignore it.
