Engine oil dropped, sudden warning.
 

I just had a oil chnaged 2 weeks ago, did around 2k milage and today when i park the car it suddenly gave me warning for low engine oil.

upon that I checked the engine and found out the leakage around the engine.
i refilled the engine with about 1 liter of oil and the warning went away.

any ideas what might have faild and how much I should be looking for repairs ?

any help will be highly appreciated.

p.s I am American and Japanese car lover, this is the first time I bought a german car.
