No, a 545i do not have a turbo, most certainly a broken cam sensor!

But nowing how gut guys drive your cars around the desret, anything is possible...

happened when i tried switching on the 745li and the battery had been drained out... nothing serious here

I also got that message briefly last week after I picked up my car from a software update. I started the car up (already warm), and it idled rough for a couple seconds and I got that message. It quickly disappeared, and the car runs beautifully now...

But sometimes could occur some "bugs" when you chip it. I experienced it before.

like when the fuel injectors flood the compression chambers with fuel :'(
