encoding newly added units with NCS expert???

encoding newly added units with NCS expert???
Hey guys,
I know this might sound a silly question.. but I recently got the NCS expert so im still a little hasty with it. I have an 05 530i having the MASK unit and I got the CCC kit a couple of days ago... before starting the process I just want to know if NCS would do the encoding for me.. I also have the GT1 which I know wouldnt work with such programing. . But my point is that I'm not new to such codings and I guess I can work my way arround NCS if it does the job. Please back me up if you've been there.

encoding would be the wrong word when searching for specifics... check out BMW Coding Forum its in there
