My Ride: Bmw 525d m sport
Default Emergency boot cable

Hi,
I have e a 2010 bmw 525d m spot with I had to disconnected the batter to change the starter motor and my lass closed the boot while I was doing so,

Long story short how the he'll can I get in the boot,

I've had the number plate lights out
Tried other cars with cable
Seats don't fold
There hach in the middle arm rest
no key slot

Am at a total loss here

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Can you get into the rest of the car? I'd just hook a battery / jumper cables up to the under-hood "jump point" (and chassis). That should power up the trunk release mechanism..

I know you can open the trunk with the key by turning it counterclockwise in the trunk lid until you feel some resistance - don't remember if you need power or not for that.

No, you don't need power for that.
