If you don't have the test equipment or knowledge to test it yourself any auto parts store will test the battery, alternator and start for free with a computerized tester.

Car projects often have the doors opened/closed frequently or the car started frequently with little to no driving. This will stress an already dying battery.

^ +1.
I'd bet it's a weak battery to start with... and during the work on the car, door(s) were left open and further weekend the battery.
OP, if I were you, I'd start with fully recharging the battery and see if most (if not all) of those errors disappear.

+1 to weak battery.
When I picked up my 08 535i from the body shop in 2010 it was stone dead after only two weeks of them fixing the car. For example, I saw the car the night before in the paint booth with one door and the trunk open. All lights were off but the time-out is fairly long. The car was moved around the shop a great deal with no actual trips put on the battery. The same thing could have happened to you. The only other explanation (as already noted) was if wiring for lighting, airbags or PDC were screwed up and shorting.
I go with weak battery.
