Door locks and All windows and sunroof opens after I lock the car and let it sit for about 10 mins..then they all open.......the button is not being pressed on the key fob ...did anyone else experience this ?

i'd rule out the fob, by keeping it far from the car, to see if the problem still occurs.

otherwise, the doors unlock and windows open also by turning and holding the key in the door to the right i think it is. you may have a short in the key lock? could try and spray some wd40 in the key slot??
or you may have a short somewhere else?

If you comfort access it's going into sleep mode but it might be sensing marginal voltage How old is your battery? If it's over 4 years old it's best to replace. BMW cars get quirky when the power isn't at optimum.
