I had a quick look around for you:

with M5 mirrors from ebay ( I purchased mine, full options, for 650euros painted) and the other components/install your looking at around 650-700 pounds...

CORRECTION - Apparently Euro modules are all the same, so already have the electric fold functionaility. Problem is finding a dealer that will do you a new vehicle order to add the electric fold option to your car. Then it's just a case of programming it.....and BTW you should be able to just program the key fob....so no need to buy new door panel switch.

Let me know if you find such a dealer.
