E90 Airbag into E60 for testing ???
Hi guys,
I have a 335is and also a 2010 535 M-pack. I have a lot of problems with the Airbag in E60, getting 93B4 & 93A8 all about front driver steering wheel airbag. I already replaced the clock spring with a new one issue still there and battery drain error probably related to airbag.
I suspect either the airbag is done or the airbag module... or maybe the harness from the module to the clock spring.
If I remove my E90 airbag and if the connector is the same, I plug it in the E60 and let's say the E60 airbag was not working, technically the airbag light should go away right ? I just don't want to purchase a new airbag for E60 and realize it was nothing to do with it... I know I can test resistance on the airbag but I feel this is much faster way of testing...
What do you think ?
