Well , where do i begin. Was on the motorway and up came warning , transmission failure .... Drive moderately... then up came ABS failure , don't make any sudden braking actions Im like Whats going on here ...
Pulled off the road and went to the car park close to the motorway. Turned the engine off and tried to turn it back on again .. nothin. Dash flashing , showing -640,000 miles on it , car not turning over and idrive stuck on bmw Screen.

Called bmw customer assist dude . he arrived and tried to get the car going again , The car had a sudden drain of battery that can't be explained. The car was rendered useless and me and my 2 passengers stranded in the carpark. Dude got it going by jump cables and took it to the dealer.. no update.

Dude checked the alternator and saw it was producing 14v , and battery was showing the same voltage at the engine as it was at the battery terminals.

Any ideas?

This seems like a common problem. I rember recalling quite a few members in the past with very similar problems.
