holy hell, i would have given him the 28K.
my friend is getting an lexus IS and went to trade in his 05 acura RSX with 64K miles (worth about 10K). i guess they offered him $4500. turns out he is going to sell the car to a friend for the $4500 instead.

no its a normal v8 X6
2006 M5...pronounced a lemon car...car sold at 38k..original engine blew at 33k so 5k was put on the new motor..we fought BMW for a good 2 months trying to convince them to pay for the new engine which they said would be 32k to replace and in the end we paid $9500 from our side and the remainder was split between BMW and our dealership..and warranty ends in FEB
