is it possible to upgrade the turn based sat nav in an e60 without upgrading the unit? maybe just upgrade idrive and get a new cd/dvd with maps?

Business nav :-

1 dvd drive 6.2 inch screen, basic idrive controller. Arrows and voice directions 2003 - 2007, 2d maps, arrows and voice directions 2007 - 2009.

Pro. nav :-

1 dvd, 1 cd-drive, 8.8 inch screen, high idrive controller. Full colour maps and voice directions 2003 -2007. Full colour maps and voice directions, 8 favourites buttons, 1 dvd-cd combi drive 2007 - 2009.
