Saw this in another forum. Anyone got a 2006 car?
(Mon 17 Jul 2006) - BMW has announced that it is recalling about 46,000 of its 5-, 6- and 7-Series cars worldwide owing to a possible defect of their shock absorbers. A BMW spokesperson said that potential faults in the bushings of the rear shock absorbers could loosen, depending on temperature and operating conditions, possibly leading to handling and control problems. the recall could cost an estimated US$20 million.
Contrary to initial reports, BMW's recall is not confined to a limited number of models sold in China but is affecting several thousand models produced between 9 January and April 2006 and sold worldwide.

Played 3 rounds and temperature was soaring in BKK during this period.
So how is the final verdict regarding the Garmin maps? Do you face the same problem as RSLK? I seems to be reading problems regarding the Nuvi. Are they so unstable? Maybe collect the map from u or Thursday or Friday.
