when taking delivery; anything but having that idiotic message

Wait a minute!... the letter you got is date Aug 2004. My conversation with Frank was sometime in Sept 2004.
Olivin, who is the boss? Frank or Benhard? I believe it is Frank if it is not.. he was taking me for a ride. Time to call MD again and clarify!
The way they wrote the letter is FOS! One question to them.. what about EEC version and the 7 series?

PML told me my PDC retrofitt for E60 520 is on the way. NO issue with software.
Was told that 520 iDrive software cannot handle PDC, and workshop has stopped installing them? BMW told them they will need to order the right iDrive software if PDC is needed. Sure or not ...

Just went into PML's website to check kiasu_king/kong's reference to retro-fits for 5er. It suxs big time as the pics don't even match the description
