It's so good to have a place like this where people can actually appreciate car's beauty and its clean lines!
I showed pics to couple of friends.. and the usual reaction is "yeah nice, is your car on all of them..? are you nuts...?"
So, thank God for e60.net ...
The camera is a simple SLR: Nikon D40x + Nikkor 18-135 lens. Nothing special, budget stuff. And no tricks involved (well, I played with 'something' that comes free in Windows - which obviously is no tool at all :thumbsdown: as you can see.
But well, it's always bit safer to remove plate numbers in EU... Once I got a ticket for "reckless driving" because somebody didn't like the way I drove, or something (?) and called the cops.. It's getting really crazy in Germany, Luxembourg or Switzerland....
Otherwise, yeah - I guess pics would need some Photoshop treatment or something, but I neither have a good soft, nor time for this... A pure passion for photography is all I got
And yeah: "rule of thirds" as well as some others I still try to keep in mind. It lasts from times when my father showed me how to use my first analog SLR camera; and these were difficult times when a 24 shots of film roll used to be a real treasure!So this.. this was just feel of a moment, perfect sun, clean car, so... I took the camera in my hands!
