E60 NAV / Stereo Probs

My Ride: 54 535d Msport chipped to 330ish bhp, Carbon Schwartz, Beige Leather, Mahogany Trim, 19" Double spoke rims with Pirelli Pzero Nero boots

E60 NAV / Stereo randomly switches off, have recently started using a copied PRO disc this sometimes doesn't get recognised but not always

HELP PLEASE
