You can get the trim from the dealer. Part numbers are:
- Cover, fog lamp, left M 51117896603
- Cover, fog lamp, right M 51117896604

It's around 20? each.

And you need the mtech fog lights as well. Their part numbers are:
- Fog lights, left 63177897187
- Fog lights, right 63177897188

They are around 120? each.

The grille in the middle is:
- Grid, center M 51117896586 around 70?

The little grille pieces
- Grid left M 51117897186 around 35?
- Grid, right M 51117897184 around 35?

You can see them here:

If you have a pré-LCI you can keep your original foglights. They are the same for M- and non-M-Bumpers.

That is wrong information. The non-Mtech bumper's foglights don't fit the Mtech bumper!

Maybe you are mixing things with replica kits. The original M5 bumper (which is different to mtech bumper) doesn't have foglights at all, and most replica M5 bumpers have foglights. The standard fog lights fit these replica M5 bumpers.

These are the official instructions for installing the mtech kit. You can also see what parts come with the complete OEM package.

Buying little parts separately can get expensive. Did you know that you can buy the whole mtech package for 833? from here? Of course you will need to pay for painting too.

-Edited-

Not sure of my statement anymore...

It is possible Anzafin is right and the standard foglights don't fit the M-Tech bumper. Sorry for the confusion...

Hmmm....
That's interesting. I've done the same on my car; changed from standard to OEM mtech moby kit. I guess I never examined the foglights carefully then.
