Has anyone ever been called or notified by somenone stating that they monitor this forum and try to help e60 owners with their problems or issues with their cars???

I had a phone call today from someone stating this to me...just thought it was wierd..just seeing if anyone else out there has had it happen to them

be careful mate... if they catch you complaining , they thrash your car the next time it goes in for routine service ... be warned

I've been PMed or e-mailed before but never called...

How they get your phone number? did you post it online somewhere?

not really sure how they got my number...they called my work number though...wierd but neat if legitimate

BMW Germany monitors the forum too, but they don't call, email or PM people. It's mostly engineers reading here what we discuss.

BMW NA allthough monitors and reacts. They post messages, PM's or call people if they have the phone numbers.

I guess they've identified you by the comments you post here like: Dealership where you bought the car, your car configuration, your region, pics of your car, deal you got, when your car is in service, etc, etc.
rphman, why don't you call back and ask him where he got your number from?
