My Ride: 2005 545i
is there a way to get the ipod as a cd changer in the idrive with something other than bmw parts like the dice systems available for the e39?
Has someone been able to use the dice in a e60 successfully ?

Yes...There's another kit in the market that you can use...Dension Gateway 500.
