had a look at the car and i'm gonna need a few less leds:

2 for doors - front only
2 for the visors
6 for roof
1 for glove box
1 for boot
2 for licence plate

the licence plate ones seem to be tricky enough, do you put the screw driver in the hole and it should just unclip? tried it with the car's own screwdriver and it barely fits.

I put a flat screw driver in and pushed to the right. One side popped out and I wiggled the other side out. Total time to replace each light is approx. 30 seconds or so. Both lights push to the right.

These are the exact bulbs I bought on ebay. Yes, theyll come from China and take a few extra days but for 2 dollars? I bought a few sets for whatever. Have worked excellent the whole time I've had them.

Those are only 3 SMD I suggest 9 to get the best output. 9 SMD is not bright its just perfect. My friend has 16SMD LED bulbs in his license plate it looks really nice but it attracts to much attention.

This is what the ones I bought look like, I never felt the urge to change them after the result. I didn't check what a higher number of LED's would look like though.

That's a sweet picture with the red, white, and blue lights too - cool angle

was just wondering. does every single interior light throw errors if it doesnt have those transistors on it?
or just the licence plate ones?
meaning no point buying anything that doesn't say error free?

great. thanks.
so the rest can be plain LED ones. did you have any problems with them not turning on due to the wattage?
also the roof lights there are 6 x t10 bulbs right? 3 in front and 3 in back

No problems, if one doesn't work its probably because its in backwards.

Yes those roof ones are t10, there might only be two in the back though. I forget. Also the ones under the doors are t10 as well.

ok i made a list of all lights i need but Slyncka, which type did you get for the center bulb in the overhead consoles? i know its a T10 but i'm wondering what is the best LED type to get to maximise the amount of light?
would this be enough High Power SMd or would need something with 360 degree cover like this 5 SMD T10
or perhaps its good to get one of the flat multi SMDs like this 20 SMD T10
