My Ride: 535d M-Sport '06 Plate - Carbon Black - Black Leather - Pro Sat Nav - Logic 7 - HUD - Bluetooth - Privacy Glass - 172M 19" Alloys - Heated Seats - PDC - Adaptive Headlights - Extended Voice Control - Paintshield Extended - M5 Boot Finisher - Bright White LED Internal Lighting - Dension Gateway 500 Ipod/USB/Aux Integration
Do you mean adding the Head Up Display??
If so then I believe it most likely can be done but it'll cost ya!!! As the dash and windscreen (amongst other things) will need changing. Might be cheaper to sell the car and buy one with the HUD already fitted.

Followed with: "Can i put the widescreen display to a E60 which has business navigation (small screen)"
How can this be misinterpretated for the Heads Up Display?
Anyways, search the forum, there's plenty of threads on a Professional Navigation Retrofit; and it will cost a few thousands
and car needs to be re-programmed.
