E60 headlight questions

Wife has a 2004 530i E60. Upon looking in the factory manual I found that they mention 3 types of headlights and I am trying to find what we have. I would like to replace the bulbs to white and can I get a recommendation please.

If the headlight is the NON proyector type and halogen, are H7 bulbs, the angel eyes bulbs are t10

Well do you have projector lamps or can you actually see the bulb for the normal beams the light facing the right, If you can see bulbs then no projectors.
