Default E60 Excessive tire wear? How to solve?

Hello, my friend and co-worker has an E60 BMW 5 Series. I always have the habit to check the tires on peoples vehicles when I ride with them. I checked his and noticed that the rear driver both front and rear were excessively worn. The rear was worst, you could see the tires inner linings already. The front had a huge groove on the inner side of the tire. This made the car shake when driving.

He purchased new tires all around and had the car aligned. After the alignment the car pulled a little so he took it back. They re-alignment, but the issue was still there. They informed him that the issue were the new tires. He took it to the tire shop, they checked the alignment and it was off. It keeps going off alignment in the front/passenger. Has anyone had this issue? If so, what could be the problem?

I know that BMWs, Mercedes, etc. set aggressive rear camber for better handling, but does anyone have good alignment specs to provide better tire wear instead?

Thank you.

How many miles? Does he recall any really bad pot holes? Could be other parts worn out in the suspension - control arm bushings, bent control arm, ball joint, etc. That would also be consistent of a car that is aligned properly and then needs to be aligned again right away.
