Default E60 Door Speakers and Subwoofers not working only Rear Shelf

hi there
while installing my new aftermarket amplifier, i first tried to connect the amplifier to the under seat sub woofer passenger side for some reason the left side (passenger) front door speaker and sub woofer stopped working. so i completed the sides wiring anyway.
i then had to use the drivers side under seat subwoofer which when completed gave amazing sound to the amplifier and worked great but the left side still didnt work but it was good enough to listen too.
last week i was reinstalling the subwoofer after i had removed it for a long journey and i saw a spark on the wiring and my right side has turned off as well. now i only have rear shelf speakers that work and nothing else i am going loopy checking all the wiring
i have done a scan and have the following fault codes with inpa

What type of system is it? Hi-fi?, Logic 7? From the limited info you gave, could be the amp has been damaged. Did you wire the subs from the trunk harness? What model 5er do you have? Need more info to help.

hi there and thank you for your reply.
My vehicle is 530d SE 2005. I dont have logic 7 or the hifi. My system does not have an amp and only 6 speakers. I wired the amplifier to the subwoofers under the seats so i could have some control of the bass with the idrive.

Forum members Bruce Miranda, or Technic would be far more helpful than I on this matter. I believe you have standard sound system without an amp, but amplified by the idrive. Of you added an amp into the loop, it might have blown something in your radio. Try PMing one of them, especially Bruce, since he is in Europe.
