E60 550 2010 model

Can anyone confirm that:
1. The 550 model designation will change to 2010 in March?
2. That no 2009's will be built until then?
3. That there will be new pricing & package/option changes?
4. That lease rates will change with this new model build?
Does anyone know when BMW is likely to confirm any of the above?
I have tried to lease/order a 2009 and have been put on hold.

My Ride: 2007 530i. Purchased 6/28/07. Titanium Silver Metallic, Black Dakota Leather, Dark Poplar Trim, Steptronic, Premium Package, Cold Weather Package, Bluetooth, Adaptive Control Xenons. 10/30/07 Added OEM 124s with 245/40/18 & 275/35/18 Michelin Pilot Sport A/S tires. Installed red Cal Covers� from BavAuto. 11/21/07 Added OEM all-weather floor mats (for winter, carpet in summer) and coat rack. 6/26/08 installed M5-style rear spoiler. 6/30/08 put on red reflectors. 8/22/08 Euro turn signal stickers applied. 3/20/09 Installed Shadowline Trim. 3/27/09 Added Matte Black Kidney Grilles from Trinity. 4/03/09 Installed Bimmian Shadow Matte Black 530i Badges. 4/04/09 Installed LED license plate lights from Trinity. 5/01/09 Installed Brabus Interior LED Kit and White Angel Eyes. 5/02/09 Put in Brabus 6K Fogs. 5/14/09 Removed charcoal filter. 5/15/09 Installed light smoke LED side marker lamps from Trinity. 5/21/09 Sprint Booster. 6/12/09 Painted exhaust tips flat black. 6/13/09 Pulled red Cal Covers and painted calipers low gloss black. 6/27/09 RPI Ram Air Scoop from Trinity. 8/15/09 Installed Brabus's silver invisibulbs front and rear. 9/24/09 Installed R-Dash license plate LEDs from Brabaus (John).

My Ride: 2009 550i sports, Nav, logic Best E60 yet
2004 545i, sports pkg, logic 7 steptronic, rear shade,orient blue with beige interior, blue tooth enabled Razer Phone. 2004 X5 3.0, sports pkg, stepronic, summer pkg. imola red.
2006 Mini Cooper S, manual, sports, prem pkg, nav and kitchen sink.

The reason you were put on hold is that BMW just layed off a ton of workers at Dingolfing plant and the plant was just put on fer low for about a month due to slow sales. March orders were to get he new iDrive controller with the old style iDrive, and BMW just announced that the Mtech is a factory option in combo with the sport package on all E60s.... ( starting at $4500 OUCH!)
The F10 won't be out till summer to fall of 2010 and that still has not been confirmed, but we have been told that would be the earliest that it would come out.
If you want an E60 find a dealer that will put an order in ... but you could be waiting longer than the normal 6-8 weeks due to the work stoppages. Same thing happened with early 09's and the N54 535i's due to the EPA requiring that the Motor be re certified since BMW changed how the waste gates worked.
All 135,335,535, x6's that came to the USA sat in port an extra Month till that little snafu was cleared up.

The 09 5-series has the new iDrive controller, just not the new computer (CIC).
The X6s are made here in the states - so the only time they sit at port is when they go back overseas....

My Ride: 2011, X6 Hybrid . Alpine White , every option. 20" Conti' NON runflats,OEM trunk spoiler , LUX V3 AE's , HP Thunder Fogs , custom front bumper reflector delete........
We are 2 years away from seeing the F10 on the roads in North America..................
