It's just the hose that is stuck on? You can either use a hook pick or flat head to loosen at the top or use pliers and move it back and forth until it starts to turn. You will not damage the hose unless you go crazy on it. But it is simple to take off

Thanks for the reply! I put the adjustable pliers on the tank side, then used a flat-head screwdriver to pry between my pliers and the hose end. It was just really stuck on there. The side of the tank had a vertical crack running down it, hard to find even after I took the tank out.
$130.00 for a new tank at the stealership, which I paid, because the other option was several days out...
Super easy repair though once I got that bottom hose disconnected.

I found the best way to remove such hoses is to find a spot to pry between the hose connection and the part it fits on, using a slim screwdriver. Apply gentle pressure while pulling the fitting off. These fittings have alignment keys, so twisting isn't an option, and squeezing with pliers will damage them.
