I would check the condition of the rear dampers. This may be the traction control activating but if the wheels are jumping off the road it will feel pretty bad.
Also did a mechanic go over the car? Roads in India bad? Get all the suspension looked at and check the driveshaft coupling and engine mounts - anyplace there Is rubber. |
it was a good road it happened over the speed of 130km/hr when I flooded it and to reassure I floored it again and after downshifting it was normal.
can it happen because of battery or oil leak? |
What are your tyres like and what was the road surface. Maybe its the traction control coming on and off.

Is this an automatic? You mention "after downshifting" - automatic downshift? If so, problem could be there. If not, then I would look at a fuel delivery problem.

My last BMW was a manual, current I same as yours (530D Auto) and I get a bump or two every so often when taking off from start with a bit of power.
I wonder if this is a failing Guibo symptom in the autos. Anybody know? Also check the center support bearing for the propshaft. |
Update
Yesterday while driving at an expressway i got obc message that transmission faulty and I discovered that it only happens on d5 and d6 when i floor it no proble till d4 is it because of transmission oil or a faulty gearbox? |

should I do automatic transmission reset? As is is a used car and maybe the previous owner did not dive it often so that may save it
