e60 2006 530i M54 engine shaking alot

My Ride: 2006 530i
I was at a stoplight yesterday when all of a sudden my car went from not shaking to shaking alot, its hard to explain but it shakes as much as this emoticon 
lol, but this is no laughing matter. I have approximately 85k on the engine and I dont drive it too hard, on top of that I always use premium octane when I fill up. I took it to a mechanic that was local, he is not a BMW mechanic but very knowledge able. He said after checking he said 2 of the 6 cylinders were not functioning and it maybe the 2 injectors. I want a second and even third + opinion before I stare spending money. ANYONE OUT THERE FAMILIAR WITH THIS ISSUE OR HAS IT HAPPENED TO YOU?? Please help! Thank you

Model Year: 2006
Do you have a check engine light on? Mine did that and it was a bad ignition coil on one of the cylinders. Get it fixed ASAP. Any decent independent shop can read the codes and fix it if yours is the same case.

+1 That happend to my car (non-BMW) before and one of the ignition coil had to be replaced. My check engine light came on as well. Definitely get it scanned ASAP.

yes the "service engine soon light" came on, its kinda scary with my BMW out of warranty and all, just curious how much you paid to have it fixed if it was out pocket?
