Check the pipe between intercooler and engine head. When my broke i had the similar issue. It has two rubber pieces and aluminium pipe. Mine broke at the lower end (rubber part).

I DONT THINK THE TURBO IS GONE CAZ I STILL HAV POWER ITS WEN I GET 60MPH ITS SMOKES THIS HAPPENE WEN I HAD THE CAR LOADED WITH STUFF SO I WAS THINKIN THE WEIGHT IN IT AND ME DRIVIN FAST MUST OF BROKE A PIPE GOIN IN TO THE TURBO
