I am thinking of ordering my new 530i with Dynamic Drive, but is it enough to minimize body roll? The sport suspension option here in Hong Kong is pretty pricey
, do I still need the sport suspension to minimize body roll? Isn't the standard suspension with Dynamic Drive enough?

I think Dynamic Drive requires Sport Suspension. The question is do you need Dynamic Drive in addition to Sport Suspension. Dynamic Drive helps during emergency lane change and permits higher speed turns (curvy mountain roads and highways, highway exit/entrance ramps). Do you have many of those where you drive?
The Active Steering (AS) and Active Roll Stabilization (ARS) is also a subjective feel. You should test drive it to determine if you like the feel and if the extra cost is worth it to you. My previous vehicle had no AS or ARS and I love my current E60 with AS and ARS. I believe Sport Suspension with Dynamic Drive ride more comfortably than Sport Suspension with the stiffer anti-roll/sway bars.
For long term ownership, there will be maintenance costs associated with AS and ARS. I like it enough to try it on at least one vehicle.

The sport suspension on my 550, which has the ARS, makes the car a tenacious, flat cornerning handler. If you like responsive handling, I'd get both sport suspension and ARS (if they are sold separately in your model).

One thing to note is that it is surprisingly quick to get used to and soon you forget you have it. Kind of like power steering, it's great when you have it in a car for the first time but you soon get used to it and it just becomes something at the back of your mind.

I would say get the DD and forget about the sport package (As you said its quite pricy in HK), you can always change the springs and add M-sport kit afterwards

I would never order a BMW without the sport package. It transforms the car. Most here would agree I think. It's my number one requirement, along with ordering the largest displacement engine.

But the fact is the price for the sport package in HK is around 10,000 USD after tax, it will be less if you mod it from non-sport to sport.

I like the ARS, but could live without the AS - just a parking lot (low speed) booster in my opinion.
