What do all of you, especially those with black interiors, do to dust out the dash and the rest of the inside? Any chemicals? Water on a chamois? How often?

Slightly damp micro fiber towel. No chemicals except for conditioner on the leather.

California Duster makes an interior duster, works wonders.

I use a can of compressed air to blow the dust out of the little nooks and crannies that you can't reach then damp microfibre.

California Duster is impregnated with wax, that dulls vinyl and plastics over time.
I don't recommend using it - I learned it the hard way.

The wax in a California Duster always concerns me. Car care guides tell us not to even use pima cotton towels to dry our cars after washing because of tiny polyester threads in the hemlines and then we flop big, semi-sticky tendrils across our body panels.

Seems like those red strands must carry abrasives from previous dustings, even after a good shake. And what about warmth from the engine hood melting tiny wax particles? I have to admit it's convenient, though.
