Have any UK owners had their Dunlop run flats changed FOC as have our US buddies?
I am coming up to 14K miles and the noise is definitely getting worse, it is noticable at low speeds ie 30mph.
I have the 123 style wheels
with 245/45 Dunlops.
Was considering going to my dealer to enquire whether BMW would change the tyres or contribute to a replacement set.
Ant feed back / experiences would be useful.

I have the same setup. No noise, although I've just come out of my winter setup
and hardly done any mileage on them..no noise yet.
I would think your dealer would be hard pressed to do it.

[/quote]Tread is still good, I would guess about 5 to 6mm. The noise is like a rumble sound which up until about 10K miles wasn't there.

I asked a similar question in another thread in the past about whether UK owners had their Dunlops replaced free by BMW like in the US. No answers from the UK were given though.
I've got the Dunlops on the 123 wheels too. Coming up to 9000 miles soon and no sign of the noises yet. From reading these threads I'm getting a bit worried that I will have similar issues too. Hopefully BMW UK will follow similar to US but we won't know until someone from the UK and on this post has had them changed.

Dutch member...
Got my dealer to replace my dunlop runflats after 2500 kms..
I now have bridgestone runflat tires and after changing back from my dunlop winter setup the anoying tiresound is back again and I wish I had normal tires like 99% of the people on the road.
I hate the sound of my 18 inch runflat tires on 123 wheels... it sucks!
