Hello,
I have a problem and i didn't get any good advice for it.
My car is a 525i 2004 and i have a month since my DSC light came on and here is a lot of snow. In the first week, sometimes it came on, sometimes it was ok. I went to a tester and there the problem was with the rotation rate sensor under the passenger's seat...we took the car to a test drive with the tester and the sensor was giving good feedback with the car's moves...still the error was that and if you erase it, it camed back next time i put the ignition on.

I would change the sensor but i"m not shure that will correct the problem
I was thinking if there could be something to do with the MPM...any advice is good

Why do you believe the rotational rate sensor is at fault? What exactly is the error message? DSC error can be caused by low hydraulic fluid. Some DSC input components are wheel sensors, hydraulic pump, rotational sensor, accelerator sensor, brake switch and steering angle sensor. Do you suspect you have a low voltage issue and think the Micro Power Module is at fault? Low battery voltage can cause system errors. I?m guessing a lot but maybe something here will help you.
